Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Women’s Socks
  • Women’s Slippers (if the hygiene seal is broken)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  3. Ship Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) and ship them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item).

Refund Timeline and Method

Once your return is approved:

  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
