  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Cost: Free!
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure you love every pair of boots, sandals, shoes, sneakers, and slippers from Sorel Shop. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Important: Non-Returnable Items

To uphold the highest hygiene standards, the following products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All Women’s Socks
  • Women’s Slippers if the original hygiene seal has been broken or removed.

Condition of Returns

All items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Ship Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) and ship them to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product). For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline and Method

Once your return is approved:

  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
