Shipping Services

We ship globally, excluding Asia and certain remote regions. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control.

3. Orders and Payment Terms

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is not an acceptance of your order but confirmation that we have received it. Our acceptance of your order occurs when we send the shipping confirmation.

Pricing and Payment

Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• All Women’s Socks
• Women’s Slippers if the original hygiene seal has been broken or removed

Conditions for Returns

All items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 1-2 business days
3. Ship the item(s) to the provided address using a trackable service
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the new item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
